Cancellation and refund policy

All the money loaded in the Wallet of Medpass Platform are final with no refund or exchange permitted other than in the following Circumstances.

  • Multiple times debiting of Customer’s Card / Bank Account due to technical error OR Customer’s account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error. In such cases, excess amount excluding Payment Gateway charges would be refunded to the Customer.

 

  • Due to technical error, payment being charged on the Customer’s Card/Bank Account but the money is not loaded into the wallet. If in such cases, Customer wishes to seek refund of the amount he/she would be refunded net the amount, after deduction of the Payment Gateway charges or any other charges.

 

  • The Customer needs to directly inform our Employees/ Associate employees for refund along with the transaction number and the Wallet Mobile No. and alternatively they can send a mail to support@medi-impact.com.

 

  • Once we receive a complaint for Refund, We Manually check with Payment Gateway and after verification, if the claim is found valid, the amount received will be refunded or loaded to the Wallet.

 

  • If the payment is made directly to the Escrow account of Payment Gateway, the amount will be refunded to the Customer Card /Bank account it will take 3 – 21 days for the money to show in customer’s bank account depending on Customers bank’s policy.

 

  • Cancellation of the Wallet and transferring the money to the wallet owner / his / her representative will be allowed only if the Wallet owner expires, The applicant for claiming the amount in the wallet should send us an application in writing requesting to settle the amount and submit a death certificate copy.

 

Company may elect to resolve any dispute, controversary or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or Service provided in connection with this Agreement by binding arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.  Any such dispute, controversary or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversary of any other party.
